Sup.
I'm Amber and I'm from a non-event of a town near Brighton in the south of England. I'm currently studying photography, and about to start history and graphic design courses. When not working like a dog I like to complain about society, draw up plans to reform British society, attend clubs and gigs, hang out with bands and pretend to be cool, and write and draw for the fictional stories and creatures I never grew out of thinking of. I may one day be lucky enough to make some money from these things.
I'm opinionated and very passionate about stuff that I believe in or have a special connection to. I like to hang out, my MSN and AIM are currently dead so your best bet is just to add me here if you want to talk to me. I really like feedback on my art and writing so if you pass through and something stands out as good or bad, please drop a constructive comment on it. I like working with difficult subjects and some of my storylines contain very controversial themes and characters, but I shock to prompt discussion and thought rather than just for the sake of offending people (usually). I don't have a set political alignment or party of choice, but I would consider myself pretty socially liberal, and my journalistic interests depend on free speech and even-handedness. I like to write about what I know, so most of my themes come from that block of interests there. Occasionally I dabble in science fiction and fantasy themes too.
I sound like an ass in my own journal entries but I'm polite in comments and communities, I swear. I throw out a lot of off-colour jokes and do some weird things that need a long story to explain them. I like to think it gives me depth but really I just like doing dumb stuff and having fun with other people who dig what I dig.
Silliness. I like it. Life's too short, guys, you gotta please yourself in this world just in case there isn't another one afterwards.
I'm a shyfag so if I've sent you a rambling, wordy message asking your permission to add you instead of just doing it, it's just the way I roll. I'm fun and amusing once you know me (I hope).
